CONTINGENCY FEES: This fee is based on a candidate’s first year’s gross earnings. The fee for search assignments is 30% of the gross earning, e.g. $40,000.00. = $12,000.00

TERMS: The contingency fee is due and payable on receipt of the invoice, no later than 10 days from starting date of the candidate.

GUARANTEE: Should an individual presented by PERC, Ltd. be hired by your firm, resign or be terminated for unsatisfactory performance within thirty (30) calendar days of the first day of employment, we will re-open the search and refill the opening at no additional fee. Guarantees are only effective when expenses and invoices have been paid in accordance with this agreement.
